Meet our Staff

Millie Cox, director of International Studies, has overseen the program since 1990. Her energetic style, passion for foreign travel and immersion, and connections with a variety of cultural programs and organizations have helped to make Country Day's International Studies Program an integral part of school life. Nancy Hackett, International Studies administrative assistant, joined the office in November 1994. Nancy enjoys working with all the students she encounters at CCDS. Beryl Ierardi, International Studies program assistant, joined the office in 2003. Beryl coordinates all the sister school exchanges and works with international students going through the admissions processs. She can be reached at 704-943-4902 or send her an e-mail.
Volunteers
The Ambassadors for International Studies are parent volunteers from all divisions who support the program by coordinating field trips for Sister School exchange students visiting our school and helping with duties such as preparing orientation packets or planning special events.
